We will have pre-order pizza available for lunch. Snacks, drinks and Kona Ice will also be available for purchase. Please support our event with utilizing our concessions and amenities.
All attendees are expected to abide by the code of conduct .
All participants are expected to complete the participant release form .

Judging Format
Judging Format Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. All submissions Should be done by 12/7/2026 prior to the event.
Volunteer
Volunteer Volunteers are the heart of every VEX competition--without them the event simply cannot function. In a perfect world, every robot team would provide at least 2 adult volunteers at every event. We would be grateful to anyone who wishes to help. Contact scott.grieve@osceolaschools.net with the subject "Volunteer for Dec 12th" ASAP if you would like to help at this event. There are lots of different roles that need to be filled, with varying degrees of expertise and physical activity.
