No Affiliation

RoboWorld is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the REC Foundation, VEX Robotics, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

Trademarks

VEX, VEX IQ, V5RC, VIQRC, and all VEX game names are trademarks of their respective owners (Innovation First, Inc. / the REC Foundation). RoboWorld uses them only nominatively — to identify the competitions and games that the data describes.

Data Accuracy

The information on this Site — including team records, match results, rankings, and event data — is provided "as is" without any guarantees of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Data may be outdated, incomplete, or contain errors. Do not rely on this Site as an authoritative or official source.

Limitation of Liability

RoboWorld and its operators shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from the use of or inability to use this Site, or from any inaccuracies in the data presented. You use the Site entirely at your own risk.

Intellectual Property

RoboWorld's source code is open source under the MIT License. The Site's original design and content remain the project's. RoboWorld claims no ownership of the underlying competition data; it remains the property of its rightful legal owner(s), and all rights stay with them. RoboWorld does not host VEX's copyrighted game manuals — it links to the official manuals. You may not misrepresent the Site as an official source, or exploit third-party data in violation of the applicable terms.

Third-Party Links & Content

The Site links to external sites and embeds third-party match video (for example events.vex.com, YouTube, and BoxCast). RoboWorld does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of those third parties.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download data from the Site without prior written consent
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Site's operation
• Misrepresent RoboWorld as an official source of competition data

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
