If you want to take the challenge to the next level of robotics and interact with teams from around the world, sign up soon. This event is open to high school teams and will provide a skills challenge. We will do our best to provide the best environment and services possible, and welcome children from all over the world to come to Hsinchu to participate and make memories.
Late Arrivals: Teams must be checked in 45 minutes prior to the start of the qualification matches so that the match schedule may be printed.
Food: Due to the control and closure of the campus and competition environment, in order to reduce the risk of the epidemic, we strictly prohibit the delivery of outside food, and the school cafe will provide drinks and snacks for sale.
There are parking spaces for small vehicles near the competition venue, but no parking spaces are provided for large tour buses. On the day of the competition, temporary parking is allowed to allow competition teams to drop off and pick up participants and competition items.

Judging Format
The Engineering Notebook will be evaluated only on competition day. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link in the "My Account" panel of the team contact on events.vex.com . The submission deadline is 10-December-2026, 17:00 Taiwan Standard Time. The Judge Advisor will download the Digital Engineering Notebooks for evaluation after the submission deadline, but will not prevent teams from continuing to update their Digital Engineering Notebooks. The evaluation of Engineering Notebook will happen on competition day. Teams can participate in this event without an Engineering Notebook and still be interviewed, but the Team will not earn any top judged awards. For the most current award descriptions and judging criteria, please visit library.globalrobotics.org . Late submissions or failure to submit the Engineering Notebook digitally will not be entertained. Please refer to the Refund Policy on Team withdrawal cases. Team interviews will be conducted in person at the event. Each Team can bring their own physical engineering notebook as a presentation tool during the interview.
