We are excited to welcome teams to the second annual Robot Rodeo, a DFW area Signature Event!
The 2026 event was a huge success, with 92 teams from 10 states in attendance, including multiple Worlds Division Finalists and a team that went to the dome!
This year we are excited to host the event at the Mesquite Convention Center, adjacent to the Mesquite Rodeo! Great rates are available at the hotel connected to the convention center. More than 100 teams will battle for the chance to qualify for the 2027 VEX Robotics World Championship and be crowned the Rodeo Champion!

Important Details:
PLEASE NOTE: Payment is due 3 weeks following the date of registration. Teams that do not meet this deadline will be moved to the waitlist. Discounts are offered to teams who write a check and send it directly to Robot Rodeo and to local teams who are willing to lend fields and elements for the weekend. Email robotrodeotx@gmail.com for details.
NO outside food or drinks may be brought into the Convention Center. Concessions will be available from the facility.

Judging Format
Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. The submission deadline is Monday, January 25, 2026 at 10pm Central Time.
