This is the 9th annual NorCal Signature Middle School Event.
This event will be a qualifying event for the VEX Robotics World Championships. We look forward to your participation!
We strive to conduct the event safely. Please ensure you have read the Health and Safety Policies, for your own safety and others at the event. We have made arrangements to have a fun and safe event for everyone.
No pre-qualification requirements to register for the event. If you have financial difficulty please send us an email and we will support you on a case-by-case basis.

We request all teams to be inspected on Sunday, Feb 14th. In case you are unable to make it on Feb 14th, we require you to be fully inspected by 7:30AM on the 15th. This is a hard deadline.

Judging Format
Judging Format . • Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date. Engineering Notebook submission date will be published soon.

Emergency/Bad-Weather Policy
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy We do not expect dad weather to not impact this event, since all activities are indoors or in covered areas. However, in case of an unforeseen cancellation, the event partner(s) will communicate with you as early as possible. Teams should make sure their contact information on events.vex.com is up to date, and includes phone numbers that they will be able to access during weekends and / or holidays, in case of any urgent communications become necessary.
