Date: 16-Sep-2026 Shore Blue St North Sydey, New South Wales 2060 Australia Travel Info Shore has no visitor parking on campus, and local parking is mostly limited to 2h. Shore is easily accessible by Metro (Victoria Cross station) or Train (North Sydney station). There are also numerous bus services to North Sydney. All visitors to Shore are highly encouraged to catch public transport.

Judging Format

Judging Format Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on events.vex. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date. All Digital Engineering Notebooks must be uploaded 7 days prior to the event, but can be edited up to the morning of the event.

Volunteers are essential to creating a positive, fun, and fair experience for all participants. Whether you’re a robotics enthusiast, educator, parent, student, or community member, your contribution makes a real difference. Why Volunteer? • Support STEM Education: Help inspire the next generation of engineers, innovators, and problem-solvers. • No Experience Needed: Many roles require no prior robotics knowledge—training and guidance are provided. • Build Community: Meet new people, develop skills, and be part of an exciting, hands-on event. Volunteer Roles We offer a variety of roles to suit different interests and experience levels, including: • Judges: Evaluate team interviews and engineering notebooks, providing constructive feedback. • Referees: Ensure matches are played fairly according to official rules. • Scorekeepers: Record and manage match results. • Field Reset Crew: Help reset the field between matches for smooth event flow. • Pit Admin: Assist teams in the pit area and provide information. • Check-In/Registration: Welcome teams and volunteers, confirm attendance. • General Event Support: Lend a hand wherever needed—set up, pack down, and more!
