7:45am – 9:00am Robot Inspection
9:00am – Coaches’ Meeting (Adult)
9:00am – Team Briefing (including Driver’s meeting)
9:30am – Start Qualification Matches
12:45pm – Finish Qualification Matches
12:45-1:15pm – Lunch
1:15pm - Playoff Matches
1:50pm – Closing ceremony
2:10pm - Pack up (All teams must be offsite before the School car lines commence at 2:30)
Judging Format
Judging Format • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges. • Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy In the event of extreme weather conditions the event will be cancelled. Organisers will do their best to give advance notice where possible.
