Date: 12-Dec-2026 Downingtown Middle School 115 Rock Raymond Road Downingtown, Pennsylvania 19335 United States Travel Info The Downingtown Area School District, Downingtown Middle School (DASD DMS) has plenty of parking for cars and buses. We recommend that all vehicles enter through the buses only entrance for the event. Location Our event will be held at the Downingtown Area School District Downingtown Middle School. For the easiest access to the building, all attendees and teams should enter the parking area through the main entrance located at: 115 Rock Raymond Rd Downingtown, PA 19335
Judging Format
Judging Format Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks must be submitted digitally for evaluation via the link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. To submit your digital notebook, ensure your team profile has been updated with a link to your notebook by 11:59PM on December 4th.

Emergency/Bad-Weather Policy
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy This event has no available makeup date. A weather-related event cancelation will be made in accordance with the Downingtown Area School District's policies. In the event of a weather-related cancellation, teams will be contacted as early as possible and event registration fees will be returned.
