Judging Format
Judging Format In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews will be in-person the day of the event. Digital submission of Engineering notebooks. Engineering notebooks will be submitted online via the link in their vex events team profile account due by 10:00pm February 24th., 2027
Volunteer
Volunteer Please contact your coach who will have accesses to the volunteer sign up. Alternatively you can contact a PYRS representative (registration@pyrs.ca) for information on volunteering. We would appreciate assistance in the following roles: • Set up, Takedown • Inspection • Skills Referee & Match Referee • Field Reset Judges: We are asking individuals interested in Judging to email us at registration@pyrs.ca. Judges must be at least 21 years old. We are giving preference to Judges that are STEM Professionals or past experience in VEX V5. No parents of any students in VEX V5 or IQ.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy Teams will be notified at their registered email address in the event of a schedule disruption, change, or cancellation.
